I have a couple of audio files which are not hypnotherapy MP3s and from time to time I expect I'll add to the collection.

Patient-Centric Hypnotherapy is a recording of a full first session with a patient. It is a real session - not role play.

The Relaxation Response is a free 20 minute non-hypno relaxation recording you can download and listen to. (Listen to it enough and it will probably do you some good.)
