Hypno Demo

I am indebted to Simon who consented to be filmed for this video. The video was taken in one shot on April 1st 2005. This is not a demonstration of therapy. It is a demonstration of hypnotism.

It lasts 8 minutes 19 seconds during which you will see:

Have just watched your Video thank you for allowing us able to see a hypnotist at work I have been in practice using hypnosis for the past eight years and must admit not having the confidence to use the techniques shown in the video.

You have definitely taken away all the bull**** form inducing a hypnotic trance state I now look forward to doing the same.

Many thanks for taking the time to do this I am sure there will be others whom will find the clip fascinating.

Bravo Barry, very impressive.

If I were to nit pick, then the sound quality was a bit distant.

However your ability to work over the aeroplane traffic at Heathrow definitely earns you lots of extra brownie points.

Thanks for showing it.

Barry, re your video - amazing, thanks for sharing.

Best wishes,

Hi all, Barry i liked the Video, I myself having been put in Trance by you a few times would say you are very good at what you do. I myself over the years have seen people who advertise as hypnotists, hypnotherapists, in fact all many of things, tried to place me into trance, how many? few did many could not, floating arm induction you used on me was very good would like to see that on video hope you do more your a very good advert for our industry take.

Barry,

Just caught your video Barry. It was good to see the 'wrist lift' induction demonstrated by you. Thanks for making the effort, did a damn good job of shooting it too.

All the best.

Barry,

To add to what others have said, many thanks for sharing your fascinating video. It's great to see others in practice. I particularly like your use of the term "excited" rather than "relaxed", which will perhaps dispel a few myths about the hypnotic state.

Kind regards

David Cotton

Hi Barry

A very special thanks for allowing us to see a true professional practising his art. I realise from reading the other posts that this was more of a re-induction as you'd seen Simon before, but was an excellent example of how to use post hypnotic suggestions for better and quicker work on follow-up sessions.

I was very impressed in your ability to overcome background noise and distractions and not let them affect Simon. I have added it to my library of training videos and will review it regularly....once again..many thanks.

With regards

Chris Little

Just watched your video clip. I loved it! Fascinating induction. Was that the whole induction? Were any deepeners clipped out? I have never seen an induction like that nor the use of the PHSs used so effectively after awakening. I have seen them work on long term type things. But to just have them keep on working after Simon(?) was awakened was actually quite humorous.

Dear Barry

Loved your demonstration video

Dear Barry

Thank you for all your kind help and assistance. I found your video of your session with Simon to be both helpful, and useful. In fact, I have used the induction technique several myself times since watching you do it, and it has worked every time. I put my own twist on it, but it has it's roots with you.

As you know, I work with people in sport such as Formula One motor racing drivers, golfers, tennis players, snooker players etc.... They are very busy people who do not have time to be progressively relaxed. Therefore, your 'wrist lift' , quick, safe and fun hypnosis induction, has been much appreciated by me and most of all, my clients.

If everyone was as helpful as you the world would be a better place.

Keep up the good work.

Best regards

Don Macpherson
