Explaining this is going to be tricky because I don't actually think there is such a thing as self-hypnosis. I think hypnosis requires a hypnotist. Think about it. If hypnosis is direct communication with your sub-conscious mind while your conscious mind is incapable of interfering, how can self-hypnosis work? How can your conscious mind be out of action and yet giving your subconscious suggestions at the same time?
I can hypnotize other people to forget their name (see demo) or their fear of spiders. But I can't hypnotize me to make me forget my name. So I really cannot argue that there is such a thing as self-hypnosis.
What there is, however, is self-induced relaxation in which state one can think positive thoughts. That can be highly beneficial, and is a useful tool to have. That's what is commonly called 'Self-Hypnosis' and that's what this track will teach you to do.
