PodTherapy to Feel Good

This was the original PodTherapy.

It's a general purpose ego booster, preceded by my first attempt at a Rapid Relaxation. In hypnosis there used to only be long inductions. Early hypnotherapists like Dr James Braid would have their patients stare at a spot on the wall for hours on end when attempting to induce an hypnotic trance.

In the 1930's psychologist Edmund Jacobson pioneered the Progressive Relaxation which later became adopted as the induction of choice amongst the majority of hypnotherapists. Progressive Relaxations usually take between 10 and 20 minutes.

We have stage hypnotists to thank for the development of the kind of the Rapid Inductions (an example of which you can see here) found in the best consulting rooms today.

What no one has tried to develop before, as far as I am aware, is a Rapid Relaxation. So that's what I've attempted to do with this track. I have had lots of positive feedback, and two people have told me, independently, that it worked for them when commercial products from Paul McKenna hadn't. So the track is effective - at least for some people.
