PodTherapy for a Healthy Heart

XML logo

As the name suggests, PodTherapy is designed for the i-Pod era. There are many therapists who record and sell relaxation and therapy tapes and CDs covering a wide range of issues, me included. Those recordings usually last upwards of 30 minutes which means taking a big bite out of your lunch break if you want to listen to them. And that always assumes you can get 30 minutes of uninterrupted peace in the first place.

PodTherapy files have a maximum length of five minutes and a maximum size of 7mb, making them ideal to download, pop on your pod, and play whenever you can. It is to hypnotherapy tapes what the single was to LPs.

Here's what one listener wrote:

I've listened to several of your PodTherapy mp3s on my mp3 player and I
thought they were pretty nifty. I'm new to the whole podcasting thing
but I've listened to other hypnotic audio files and I like your unique
induction style. It was interesting to learn that short 5 minute audio
files could be just as "trancey" as much longer 20 or 30 minute tapes.
Funny thing about the time distortion though -your 5 minute tapes seem
like they are about 15 to 20 minutes in length and 30 minute tapes seem
as though they are 5 minutes long! Go figure.

I'm looking forward to hearing your next masterpiece.

cool!

Below are the PodTherapies currently available. They are all free to download (but if you would like to make a donation towards costs you can do so by clicking the PodPal button).

And if you are thinking of getting into podcasting yourself but don't know what to do, you can read my Beginner's Guide.)
